Welcome to Tourist Destiny. By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
1. About Us
Tourist Destiny is a travel and service agency located at Shop no 1914, Channa Mohalla, Chattabal, near Khidmat Center, Srinagar 190010. We specialize in domestic and international tour packages, including Kashmir tourism, as well as documentation and logistical services.
2. Scope of Services
We act as an agent and facilitator for various travel and documentation services, including but not limited to:
- Domestic and International Tour Packages.
- Hajj and Umrah Packages.
- Airline, Railway, and Bus Ticketing.
- Hotel Booking and Car Rentals.
- Visa Assistance, Endorsements, and Immigration Services.
- Certificate Attestations/Apostille and PAN Card services.
- Courier and Logistic Services.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment/deposit.
- Pricing: All prices tailored for tour packages are subject to change based on availability, seasonal fluctuations (especially during peak Kashmir seasons), and fuel surcharges.
- Third-Party Rates: Prices for airline tickets, train tickets, and third-party hotels are subject to the terms set by the respective service providers.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at touristdestinykashmir@gmail.com.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed according to the policy of the specific hotel, airline, or tour operator involved. Service charges and administrative fees retainable by Tourist Destiny are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled departure, flight, or hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation with no refund applicable.
5. Visa and Documentation Assistance
- Approval Authority: While Tourist Destiny assists with Visa applications, Endorsements, and Immigration services, we do not guarantee the issuance of a visa. The final decision rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
- Rejection: We are not liable for any loss or expense caused by visa rejection or delay. Fees paid for visa processing are generally non-refundable by the embassies.
- Documents: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and authentic documents for attestations, apostilles, and PAN card applications.
6. Hajj and Umrah Services
- Bookings for Hajj and Umrah are subject to the specific regulations issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Hajj.
- Changes in flight schedules, accommodation, or visa regulations by Saudi authorities are beyond our control, though we will make every effort to assist you.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Intermediary Role: Tourist Destiny acts only as an agent. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any airline, hotel, car rental company, or other supplier.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay, change in itinerary, or cancellation due to “Force Majeure” events, including but not limited to weather conditions (e.g., heavy snowfall in Kashmir), natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or flight cancellations.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance. While we assist in providing Travel Insurance, the contract is between you and the insurance provider.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Kashmir.
